Lochwood Pools Open On Mothers' Day, May 10
Pool season at Lochmere has finally arrived! Opening day at the Lochwood Pools is Sunday, May 10th.
For those of you who just want to relax around the pools, the Lochwood Pools will be open on their pre-season schedule during May and early June. Basically the Lap Pool opens at 2PM and the Main Pool opens at 4PM Monday through Friday and are both open regular hours on weekends.
The Highlands Pool will open for the Memorial Day weekend.
All facilities (Lochwood and Highlands) will operate on their summer schedule starting Friday, June 12.

To make sure everyone has an enjoyable season, you can read all about the pools and rules by visiting HERE. Please remember that to be in the deep end:
- Ten and under swimmers will be retested each year and receive a new band which will need to be worn whenever they are in the deep end.
- Older swimmers will be tested at the discretion of the pool staff as warranted.

Ladies' Tennis Mother's Day Round Robin & Social
Join us for a good time as we celebrate all those fantastic mothers in our lives at Lochmere's Tennis Ladies Mother's Round-Robin & Social.
Have you just moved to Lochmere and want to meet new friends on the tennis courts? Have you played tennis in the past and want to meet up with your old partners? Or are you always on the courts and just want to have fun?
Michel and Diane are inviting all Lochmere ladies are invited to a Mother's Day Tennis Social on Friday, May 8 at the Lochwood courts. This is the schedule which will be followed:
- 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM -- Round Robin Play
- 12:00 -1:00 PM -- Lunch
It is important to RSVP HERE no later than Wednesday, May 6, to ensure a position in the Round Robin Play.
Even if you don't play tennis, please join the ladies for the social lunch part.
Community Yard Sale On Saturday, May 30
Start cleaning out your closets, but don't stop there. This is a great way to de-clutter your house, attic, garage, and basement. It is also a great way to meet people.
The Lochwood Pool parking lot will be the site of Lochmere's Annual Yard Sale on Saturday, May 30, from 8AM to 12 Noon.
Vendors must be Lochmere residents -- however, the general public is invited to shop.
If you are interested in renting a spot, please sign up HERE and complete the Registration Form as well as the Indemnity/Hold Harmless Form and submit along with your check for $20.00 (made payable to the Lochmere Association) to the address listed on the form. Included in the registration fee is 2 bottles of water and a pre-packaged snack for the registrant. Once accepted, you will receive a confirmation message along with additional instructions.
